Responsibilities: Identifies and evaluates opportunities for business development and new sales. Specifically, this manager will work with customers, R&D and business leadership to identify, screen and develop program plans for new opportunities. · Identifying and assessing opportunities for plating and other surface technologies in airframe aviation applications · Organizing and conducting meetings with key customer prospects · Managing development opportunity portfolio through our internal tracking software · Developing customer businesses cases and commercial agreements Qualifications Position Requirements & Education: · Bachelors Degree required · MBA is a plus · Ability to travel 50% (nationally and internationally) · Knowledge of aviation industry preferred · Experience in sales and/in business development 7+ years business experience 4+ years Sales/Marketing experience.
