Responsibilities: Develop sales presentations, client interface as marketing lead, and proactively develop relationship with Sales to keep them abreast of relevant client focused market information to all levels. Proactively identifies, creates opportunities to communicate with clients, Valassis business partners and trade contacts. Proactively develops effective relationships within marketing organization of Client. Leads engagement with Agency where applicable. Category Expertise- Is the client and category expert for all accounts that she/he is responsible for. Staying abreast of industry news and headlines, and competitive positioning and economic impact on accounts Responsible for the growth and development and supervision of assigned associates. Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 8+ years marketing and selling experience. Ability to proactive provide Marketing expertise to assess client needs and provide strategic solutions. High level of professionalism / executive presence. Proven track record in creating highly effective, client-centric marketing solutions and strategies.
