Responsible for all aspects of deal development - prospecting, sourcing negotiating and closing. You will also participate in ongoing strategic partner relationship management to ensure future success. And you will play a key role in contributing to product and strategy development efforts. This is a hands-on role and you will work independently to negotiate game-related media and related business development deals and work closely with legal to execute contracts and other legal documents that support the group\'s overall business objectives. Examples of business relationships expected to develop and close include major online media companies, portals and ISPs, brick and mortar and online retailers, hardware OEM\'s and new, emerging media companies.The ideal candidate has:-- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; strong interpersonal skills.-- Strong analytical and business skills, including data analysis to evaluate deal criteria and project deal ROI.-- Ability to work with minimal supervision, find new opportunities to contribute, and proactively communicate status and progress.-- Knowledge of and passion for the media industry, and ideally, casual games with contacts at major players in the space.-- Experience in working closely within a cross-functional team environment to drive results.
