Responsibilities: Fox Networks Group Manager, Business Development Fox Networks Group (FNG) is recruiting a Manager, Business Development to report to the SVP, Business Development. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities: - Provide analysis and support across various areas within FNG. - Work with senior management from various departments within FNG on analyses/evaluation, deal structuring, negotiation, and deal execution for new business opportunities mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. - Evaluate and develop new business plans, analyze opportunities with emerging technologies, explore new business lines and perform general strategic and financial analyses for new media businesses. - Work with operating divisions on research and recommendations for new business opportunities. - Analyze and quantify the potential threats/opportunities resulting from new technologies and recommend and support new initiatives to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate threats. - Provide market and industry assessments and competitive analyses. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree and MBA from a top-tier business school. - Minimum of years experience as an analyst in a media/entertainment business, major investment bank, private equity firm, management consulting firm, or an equity research firm. - Previous experience working on media/entertainment projects preferred.
