Job Description:
Responsibilities: Establish customer and vertical expertise credibility and partnerships with senior business and technology executives: Lead multiple business value creation engagements to confirm the anticipated business impact of innovative business solutions on financial and business metrics. Leverage and align internal sales, engineering, consulting, product and marketing and external partner resources to deliver the breath and depth of products and services. Assist customer in defining the business architecture of pilots and working closely with customer champions to ensure their success. Provide input to product groups and account teams on new technology applications to shape technology roadmaps: Foster a culture of seamless cooperation with customers.Requirements:Strong customer-centric background, in the industry either in a sales, marketing, consulting or operational role; financial services, retail, healthcare and manufacturing preferable. Strong ability to create and communicate a compelling customer vision to senior executives, with an ability to leverage logic, experience, facts and passion to influence others. Ability to lead teams of diverse backgrounds and deliver quality results. Ability to balance innovative, compelling and inspirational business solutions with pragmatic requirements for near-term value creation. Ability to map business solutions to technology and assemble relevant and measurable business cases. Consulting experience preferred; 10 years industry experience, or equivalent preferred MBA/Masters degree preferred.
