Teller responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing transactions; balancing and verifying cash totals; assisting members with questions; providing information about AllSouth's financial services; and performing drive-up teller, night drop, and servicing functions. Successful candidates will have strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills. At least six months cash handling experience is required . Prior teller experience is not needed, but is helpful. Computer experience and careful attention to detail are a must. HEAD TELLER--Columbia, SC Do you enjoy mentoring and leading a team? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, our Head Teller position may be the perfect opportunity for you! Head Tellers directly supervise the teller line and assist members with their financial needs. Duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating, directing, and assigning teller work; overseeing teller balancing; coaching; and providing teller performance feedback. Head Tellers are also responsible for maintaining adequate window coverage and performing member service, safe deposit box, and ATM functions. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years experience with teller procedures, previous supervisory experience, and strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
