Responsible for assisting the Light & Medium Duty Worldwide Division Controller in conforming to corporate policies, procedures and reporting, legal requirements, and USFirm. nage and coordinate division forecast process for strategic plan, profit plan and rolling forecast as well as coordinate capital spending Essential Functions: Manage and coordinate division forecast process for strategic plan, profit plan and rolling forecast. Manage capital appropriation preparation and review for the entire business. Budget control for divisional HQ departments Coordinate and ensure SOX compliance, as well as other statutory and regulatory requirements, including the coordination of internal and external assessments, audits and action plans to address areas of non-compliance or weakness Coordinate the financial aspects of the 5-year Strategic Plan Coordinate and consolidate the financial rolling forecast preparing meaningful commentary in accordance with divisional and group reporting requirements. Coordinate month end closing process including preparing commentary in accordance with divisional and group reporting requirements Coordinate monthly divisional inter-company balancing to ensure that all operations are adhering to corporate policy. Prepare financial reporting for monthly Senior Managers Meetings
