Profitable relationship growth is accomplished by delivering value added solutions to our clients/prospects that helps them reach their goals and maximize our revenues over the life of the relationship. You will be a focal point of the client relationship, coordinating the interface of clients with product partners (including treasury services, leasing, investment management, credit, derivatives, international and others). Individuals in this position must have proven new business development abilities, demonstrated product management integration along with the ability to structure and execute transactions. This position requires the ability to turn prospects into customers at a high rate. You will develop a weekly sales plan prioritizing the most promising revenue generating sales opportunities and be responsible for cultivating referral sources, institutionalization of relationships and aggressive calling (bankers should average 20 agenda based calls per month). You will also seek opportunities to cross sell into every relationship and anticipate the future needs of the client.
