Job Description:
The main focus tends to be in structuring and executing transactions and recommending solutions to more senior staff. Under general supervision, individuals in this position have developed the experience to function as the lead on medium-complex accounts and backup on more complex clients. They are often responsible for handling all client meetings, but may require assistance from more senior staff on issues involving negotiation on pricing or structure of financing. Establish rapport with clients through regular contact. Individuals in this position typically have started to assume important business development or product management responsibilities and strengthen their client relationship management skills. They should lead a close team of professionals that enhance their clients' experience with the bank, including underwriters and client service professionals. Using this team, they should be able to sell a basic suite of liquidity and treasury products. While continuing to lead the sales process and, in some instances, they should identify referrals to product partner specialists, including complex treasury sales, Private Client Services, private banking and many others. They should be working on skills to understand client needs beyond traditional bank products and work to become ?trusted advisors? to clients. They should work to become good negotiators and strive to create ?win/win? situations.
