Branch Supervisor Job Summary This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and proactive salesperson dedicated to providing superior customer service. Achieve sales and service objectives by effectively utilizing the sales process. Assist Branch Manager is operations and sales within the branch. 1. Recognizing sales opportunities by determining customer and prospect needs. 2. Open bank accounts. 3. Cross-sale all suitable banking products and services. 4. Referring customers to specialty areas of the bank as appropriate. 5. Provide exemplary customer service to customers and prospects by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining current customer relationships, and ensuring banking needs are consistently being met. 6. Originate quality consumer loans by interviewing loan applicants, gathering necessary loan underwriting data, conducting credit investigation and analysis of requests, completing credit scoring model, originating and closing all loan documents, clearing collateral exceptions, and obtaining proper loan approvals. 7. Assist in supervising staff, sales, and focus on the efficient flow of operation in the branch
