Overview: Individual will be primarily responsible for implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures systems and staff to support the operation of a rapidly growing business unit. Job Responsibilities: Work with operations, scientific and IT functional groups to develop and implement initial standard cost accounting systems and procedures to support ad validate target process economics (cost per gallon) for a cellulostic ethanol demonstration plant in Jennings Serve as primary finance leader to support implementation of process manufacturing systems and capabilities for commercial-scale cellulostic ethanol production. Develop and maintain process and procedures and implement systems to support the forecasting, tracking and accounting for plant construction costs. Assist in development of staffing and recruiting plan to support multiple commercial projects, including project accounting, joint venture accounting, cost accounting, fixed asset accounting, billing and receivables management, and development and measurement of business-unit and project specific key performance indicators. Support Firm and other regulatory compliance-related initiatives and ensure implementation at the Business Unit Level. Develop and perform ad hoc analysis to support new processes, policies , initiatives and procedures.
