Job Description:

Division's accounting functions, including the monthly closing process, interim and annual preparation of the detailed Firm pack, and all other associated financial reporting. Primary Functions: Supervise and coordinate the monthly, interim and year-end reporting processes of Oversee the preparation of financial reports in accordance with and Firm and respond to inquiries with respect thereto Monitor and track capital expenditure approvals and provide monthly reports as required by and management. Work with the Regional and the VP Finance to provide updated capital expenditure forecasts on an as needed basis Ensure that a satisfactory system of internal controls is established and maintained and that the division complies with all requirements Prepare information for, and interact with, internal and external audit personnel Interpret and apply corporate policies, accounting theory and government regulations Liaise with parent and operating companies and respond timely to all financial inquiries and ad hoc requests Monitor the balance sheet of and ensure timely reconciliation and analysis of all significant accounts including such items as bad debt reserves, incentive compensation accruals, insurance reserves, trade working capital, etc. Required Skills Education:Bachelors Degree in Accounting required,
