Responsibilities: Provide financial terms and conditions for the letters of intent and purchase agreements. Lead due diligence efforts, including early identification of integration issues and integration complexity. Preparation of financial presentations to senior management and assistance to Business Development Leaders with overall presentations. Due diligence report outs to CFOs and P&L leaders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Financial Management Program graduate. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Significant travel along with required flexibility in work hours. Desired MBA preferred. Superior analytical skills coupled with a solid finance / accounting background. Operational and financial auditing experience (GE Corporate Audit Staff experience preferred).
