Responsible for managing customer accounts, including some of the largest Internet Service Providers in North America, from contract signing, through implementation, to follow-on service and optimization. Also responsible for identifying new opportunities with our existing customers and vendors, rolling out new products to existing customers, and providing sales support when needed. Required Skills Previous technology account management or sales experience with major or strategic accounts 3 to 5 years of experience with a technical product Comfortable calling on all levels of the organization and managing executive relationships.
