Job Description:
Responsibilities: Act as dedicated advocate for sales professionals, customers and/or prospects . Oversee all aspects of the implementation to include Adds, Moves, and Changes . Enter telco quote requests following the Quick Quote Process as directed by the market manager . Act as liaison between sales and internal departments to obtain necessary order approvals (such as; pricing, product catalog assignments,) as directed by the market manager . As directed be available as a point of contact to handle communications between the sales and Internap departments as pertains to customer/prospect engagements (Deal Desk, Technical Support, Finance, Product Management, Sales, Operations, etc) .
