Responsibilities: Manage expense budget expectations as outlined by Division Manager. Navigate complex political decision-making processes to influence buying decisions. Maximize existing contacts and develop new contract opportunities within territory. Drive profitable business system sales over extended time periods. Develop, implement, and present programs to increase market share. Meet customer expectations regarding wound, skin and burn care products; differentiating products and services Communicate and provide feedback to management regarding client needs, new technologies, clinical trials, and other market activities. Meet training requirements. Employ territory management skills to optimize productivity and profits Understand financial and operational knowledge of extended care market to increase reimbursement options and facility viability Maintain and develop key relationships at facility group and distributor levels and work with National Account representatives as appropriate.
