Responsible for all aspects of sales our client Contact Center-focused Business Intelligence products and solutions. This role combines the ability to uncover and drive sales opportunities with the ability to work in an overlay model and leverage the firm’s existing sales organizationMaintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential customers. Targets potential customers and develops relationships in order to acquire new accounts. Relies on extensive experience andjudgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.Experienced sales person with excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to develop relationships with the ‘C’ or VP level business users to sell based on business valueProven successful ability to sell $1M ERP or Enterprise software/business solutions/business intelligenceExperience in an overlay sales role preferredDemonstrate understanding of Call Center/ Contact Center technologies and Enterprise ApplicationsDevelop global account strategy.
