Responsible for revenue, wallet share, and customer satisfaction on all of the assigned accounts. Ensure that the account management team executes on the following: develops and implements account plan(s), including executive relationship strategy and coverage plans; leverages channels to maintain and improve customer satisfaction and maximize revenue; monitors and maintains an awareness of all key H&LP customer activities Signature: CB Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree Minimum 15 years sales and/or account management Minimum 7 years of successful management experience Minimum 10 years in healthcare industry Demonstrated ability to successfully exceed targets and manage multiple customer success metrics Willingness to submit to and pass a drug screen and background investigation including Education, Employment, and background checks.
