Responsibilities:Quality review of email interactions between the user and MySpace agents in accordance with company policies and procedures.Conduct audits of vendor reviewed images in accordance with company guidelines.Reporting will be timely and you\'ll meet or exceed productivity and quality goals.Participate in special projects as assigned.Qualifications:HS degree or equivalent; Bachelor\'s degree preferredKnowledge of quality control and audit methodologies, processes, and procedures.At least years QA monitoring experience.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to adapt and respond positively and effectively to change, delay, and/or shifting priorities and goals.Understand random sampling methodology.The ability to communicate with others and provide constructive feedback.
