Requirements:.The position requires strong technical skills in employee benefitaccounting and auditing standards, a general understanding of relatedemployee benefits tax law and solid inter-personal skills. The selectedcandidate will be a self-starter able to supervise and develop staff,delegate assignments and work well in a team environment. Ability toindependently complete an employee benefits plan audit engagement isrequired. Along with solid interpersonal and communication skills, bothverbal and written, this individual will have the ability to presentinformation and ideas in a concise and meaningful way and must be able toprioritize workflow and supervise timely completion of assignments. Qualifications4+ years in public accounting with experience in a variety of industrieswhich must include a minimum of one year plus experience supervisingemployment benefits/ERISA audits and experience managing multipleengagements.
