Job Description:
The position requires the ability to lead multiple audit projects through all phases of the audit process. Plans, organizes, and directs internal audits throughout Firm Center, and ensures compliance with the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing. Provides leadership to Center internal audit staff and professional service partners, and interacts with all levels of management throughout Firm Center. Performs risk assessment with management to perform an overall risk analysis and develop annual audit plan. Provides consulting services to Firm Center management and staff, as needed. The Director must be detail, action, solution and results oriented. Must demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in management of audit projects, negotiating critical issues with Firm Center clients, and reporting results to the Audit Committee. Requirements:B A /BS in Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
