Job Description:
This includes but is not limited to: planning, coordinating and obtaining sufficient supporting documentation to complete filings, ensuring proper execution of key controls, coordinating most disclosure controls and procedures, facilitating distributions to senior management and audit committee, interfacing with all levels of management to improve disclosures and incorporate comments, remaining abreast of current accounting and regulatory developments to ensure adequate and timely disclosure, overseeing and maintaining quality of Edgar process, monitoring competitor filings performing various research and benchmarking activities This position provides extensive support to the treasury and investor relations functions, including registration statements, financing transactions, earnings releases, analyst and rating agency presentations and other distributions of financial information.
