Responsibilities include follow-up to inquiries made regarding issued financial statements, as well as special projects assigned by management. Required Skills Assist in the month-end close process and the distribution of monthly financial reports. Perform detailed financial statement analyses of operating units, including budget to actual variances. Perform reconciliations to the GL on various balance sheet accounts. Manage fixed asset acquisition accounting and related service issues. Assist with internal and external audit related issues and projects. Serve as liaison to plant managers, assisting them with accounting related inquiries. Prepare and assist with preparation of various local, state and federal tax forms. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Effectively handle multiple projects concurrently, with minimal supervision. Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Seven to nine years of audit and/or corporate financial planning & analysis experience.
