You will play an important and very visible role by managing and leading the firm's tax professionals, not only in the Reading headquarters, but also in the Pittsburgh and Greensburg offices. You will be expected to deliver solutions to complex corporate, partnership, individual and estate/tax issues for a variety of business and individual clients. You will be responsible for establishing firm wide tax policy, building and maintaining strong client relationships, evaluating tax compliance and creating alternative strategies to fulfill client needs.
