Responsibilities: .Gather information which will allow financial forecast and modeling of the effective tax rate . Assist in the Preparation/Review of consolidated Federal tax return including preparation and/or review of separate company Federal returns . Assist in drafting responses to IDRs related to Federal audits . Assist with other tax department special projects . Develop and maintain a knowledge of Federal and state income tax laws and current developmentsQualifications: QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION (work exp., education, etc.): . MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: . Bachelors degree in accounting preferred . Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in a public accounting firm & large multinational corporate tax department . PC knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office applications . Strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills .
