My client is a global manufacturing firm headquartered in Chicago, has an opening for an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team! This multi-billion firm is a leader in their industry, and provides tremendous career growth potential!The Accounting Manager will report directly to the Director of Accounting, and will supervise a staff of 5 direct reports. Overall responsibilities of the Accounting Manager include: preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, period-end reporting to ensure compliance with Firm, maintaining the general ledger system and reviewing entries and reconciliations, researching accounting issues for compliance and document and develop company policy and procedures, and provide management with analysis and interpretation of financial information. In addition, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising the accounting staff.Salary range for the Accounting Manager position is $75,000 - $95,000 with bonus potential of approximately 8% annually.
