Our client company desires an individual with greater than six years experience in public accounting or large corporation. The ideal candidate will hold the designation and/or Masters in Taxation and have experience preparation and reviewing federal consolidated returns, unitary and multi-state returns, and FAS 109/FIN 48 analysis. The individual will also be responsible for managing federal and state income/franchise tax audits, including preparation of responses to document requests, assist auditors with questions during audits, preparation of appeals and other correspondence.
