Job Description:
Typical duties include supervision of daily operations of the accounting department, overseeing all general ledger accounting, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, month-end closing, and financial statements. This position will lead the process for audits and cost allocation. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of general ledger accounting experience in a government contracting environment including T&M, cost type, and contracts; strong knowledge of Firm guidelines and audit procedures; experience with provisions and applicable tax laws; budget experience; a BS/BA in accounting or finance; and proficiency in all MS Office products and Deltek Costpoint.
