Responsibilities: Collections SupervisorThe Supervisor oversees the activities of assigned staff within the Self Pay area with responsibility for staffing, quality and customer service. You will work with staff to complete assignments using established guidelines, policies and procedures, accepting Responsibilities for reporting, auditing and mentoring staff. This level is expected to have full functional knowledge of area of responsibility (collection techniques, rules & regulations, collections policies and procedures) and may spend a portion of time performing the duties typically assigned to their subordinates. Additional Responsibilities: Assists employees with questions. Assists manager with onboarding and other tasks as assigned. Responsible for working reports as directed by the Asst.
