Job Description:
As Accounts Payable Manager, you will supervise the daily activities of a sizeable Accounts Payable team and be responsible for training, mentoring, and evaluating the progress of the department's personnel. The AP Manager is charged with developing and maintaining professional relationships with all National Accounts vendors, ensuring that invoices are being paid in an accurate and timely manner, and designing, developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that will lead to streamlined processes. The AP Manager will also assist in report creation and development, resolution of invoice payment issues, internal and external audits, and the end of month closing process today! Experience: Must have 5+ years AP experience and 3+ years managing a group of 15 or more subordinates. Accounting/Finance degree preferred.
