Job Description:
Administer the Compliance Testing function for all activities of Corporation. 2. Ensure that tests are completed to meet deadlines. 3. Monitor and evaluate the work performed by co-sourcing partners and applicable Group personnel. 4. Work closely with the Corporate Controller's office and the Company's Process Owners to coordinate testing and audit activities thereby creating an efficient and effective Walkthrough and Testing Plan that ensure full coverage, least burden on accounting, audit and operations personnel, and an overall cost-effective process. 5. Coordinate with external audit on all facets of requirements, including documentation updates, walkthroughs, testing, etc., as needed. 6. Overall management of compliance at corporate as part of the Group. 7. Prepare status updates on project status for corporate management. 8. Prepare cost analysis of all internal costs, including contractors, periodically, ensuring that costs are maintained within budget or properly approved. 9. Assist in preparation of 302 analysis each quarter, as needed.
