Real Estate Private Investment firm is seeking a Fund Accountant for their Miami office.Our client is a multi-strategy real estate private investment firm owned and controlled by its management. The firm acts in an advisory capacity in various real estate and related sectors. They are looking for a Real Estate Fund Accountant to perform the following:Preparation of work papers supporting the quarterly management accounts . Preparation of company budgets. Preparation of Debt compliance calculations. Maintaining cash flows of investment funds. Company is in rapid expansion of funds under management. The company, and in particular the investment funds will continue to evolve rapidly over the next 12 months. The role will provide the candidate considerable exposure to varied issues and is considered quite removed from a standard accounting function. Experience within public practice or commercial sector is ideal. Intermediate to advanced excel skills required. Property exposure beneficial but not essential.
