Responsibilities: Financial review, reporting, planning and analysis to Senior Management. Quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting, business process review, and variance analysis Reviewing profit & loss statements and comparing actual results to budget and forecast and communicating the key drivers from the monthly performance. Compiling monthly financial reporting package and supporting schedules. Responsible for cost analysis and firm wide cost savings initiatives and productivity enhancement. Work closely with the front line of the business to drive financial performance and deliver sales growth through the strategic analysis of client expansion and new business opportunities. Qualifications: B.S. in Finance and or Accounting and the equivalent of 5 - 10 years experience in Financial Analysis. MBA or CPA is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work effectively with others to influence decisions and drive accountability. Ability to adapt to conflicting deadlines and/or priorities as required by the company, department, and/or client.
