Job Description:
A company is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager. Typical duties will include: working closely with multiple line managers and departments; assisting with implementation of new systems, visiting local offices and billing centers to evaluate compliance with company policies and procedures; analyzing financial information for unusual activity; assisting with internal audits; and evaluate and implement changes to strengthen internal processes. Ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in accounting or related field, be a certified public accountant, 5+ years of audit experience, 2 of those years being in public accounting, ability to travel 30%, have strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, and be proficient in excel and access.
