The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for assisting in month end close, estimates and accruals and compilation of quarterly and annual. The Financial Reporting Manager is an interim need that may lead to a full time position.All applicants applying for job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Experience: Bachelor's Degree and CPA or MBA 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance role Month, Quarter & Year End Close Account Reconciliation or review of all balance sheet reconciliations Prepare & Analyze significant accounting estimates and accruals Extensive technical knowledge of Firm Compilation of reports, including Manage Sarbanes Oxley compliance Financial Reporting, Financial Statement Preparation Familiar / Exposure to large financial software, MS Excel.
