Senior Financial Analyst
Telecommunications Services / Finance / Accounting - Accountant
Full-time / New York - Westchester - White Plains
Base Salary - $65,000 - $75,000

Position Summary:
The Sr. Financial Analyst works within Company’s Corporate Development group and provides quantitative analysis to assist in decision making, strategy, and planning. Primary activities include support of: budgeting, business planning, variance analysis, investment analysis, capital markets activities, mergers and acquisitions, benchmarking, and other ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the revenue, expense and capital expenditure budget process including establishment of guidelines and templates. Interface with departments to accurately set budgets. Compile budget submissions at various management levels; - Assist in analysis of new investments; - Support due diligence efforts of potential M&A opportunities; - Conduct competitive intelligence research and develop continuous in-depth knowledge of market space, competitors, industry trends, and other relevant information; - Create recurring and one-time analyses to provide insights on company performance relative to the Company's market peers; - Miscellaneous other duties and responsibilities as may be requested or required by management; - The individual must comply with departmental and corporate internal controls and all internal controls processes; - The individual must possess and employ the highest ethical and business standards and always conduct himself/herself with the greatest degree of professional integrity;

- The ideal candidate will have a college degree along with 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience in finance, investment banking or accounting; - Exceptional excel skills and financial modeling background required; - Self starter with strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills; - Familiarity with accounting principals; - Strong communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills; - Ability to handle multiple open deliverables at once; - Ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of information succinctly; - Excellent teamwork and customer service skills; - Ability to work independently and as a team member; - Ability to exhibit flexibility and adapt quickly to changes in direction; - Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills ; - Fluency in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required, working knowledge of Great Plains and/or SAP a plus;
1+ to 2 years of experience / Management Experience Required – No / Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree / Willingness to Travel - Never
