Job Description:

We are in the heart of Hendersonville but service all of Middle Tennessee and are looking for a professional, intelligent, and strong person for a lead accounting position.
Responsible:
Completion of a full-cycle month end close process. General ledger maintenance, financial statement analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, accrual accounting, and payroll and salary analysis. Communicate and work with operational personnel as well as all levels of Corporate management.
Other responsibilities will include review the close of the financial books on a monthly basis, maintain data, manage balance sheet accounts (fixed assets, current assets, debt, interest, suspence accounts, equity, other liabilities, etc.)
Requirements include:
4 year Accounting/Finance degree 2 - 4 years of general ledger accounting experience including responsibility for the full cycle month end close process. Ability to assist in identifying and implementing process improvements. Experience with multiple entities and/or partnership accounting. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced structure corporate environment. Proven ability to communicate in a teamwork environment and with all levels of management. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player. Detail oriented and self-motivated individual. Experience with QuickBooks.
HR experience is also a plus.
