SALES MANAGER Area Firm is one of the country's leading suppliers of commercial and industrial sheet metal ductwork with an extensive line of products, including round, flat oval, and rectangular ductwork and related items. the Associate will recruit, train, motivate and evaluate HVAC independent sales representatives to call on contractors and consulting engineers, to sell our industrial and commercial air handling products and related services. Qualifications: Successful sales experience in the construction or HVAC industry, able to read and understand engineering drawings, and valid drivers license with good driving record. Travel away from the office will average about 80% of the work week (This is a combination of daily and overnight travel). A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or the like, is preferred.
