Job Description:
The Manager of Operations will be responsible to take sheet metal / fabrication experience and manage an automated fabrication platform. The system is almost CAD / CAM like. Will perform which are the summation of a required design for a given HVAC ducting system based on the engineering ducting required for the project. This position will be working towards the jump to Director level over time. Candidate Requirements: 5 to 10 years experience in HVAC sheet metal fabrication for commercial projects ? remodel and new construction. Experience with automated process, manufacturing or fabrication tables / systems. Associate Degree or Professional Training Certifications preferred, as well as computer literacy, analytical skills, and managerial potential. The position is set up as Temp (contract) to Perm arrangement with the full intention of be brought on full time.
