Responsibilities and requirements of this position include but are not limited to: NOTES: US Residents Only. Employer will assist with relocation costs Requirements Requires strong organization skills, excellent written and oral communication, ability to multi task and meet deadlines on a regular basis. Oversee the technical application design, construction and implementation for assigned accounts and projects. Responsible for coordination of piping, plumbing, HVAC controls, ductwork, insulation, and fire protection trades on commercial and industrial projects. Coordinate our work with the general contractor, subcontractors, inspectors, designers, and other technical support personnel to meet project schedules and quality assurance. Coordinate material takeoff, procurement, submittals, and delivery of material to the job when needed. Estimate change orders and new work related to the project; submit for approval; monitor approval status and ensure work is carried out upon approval. Monitor project labor and material budget. Assist with commissioning, startup, trouble shooting, and punch list close out. Demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies, computer literate and problem solving. Demonstrated success in the leading and managing of people in a team-based environment.
