Job Description:
Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of programs; Negotiate contracts and contractual changes; Coordinate preparation of proposals, plans, and specifications; Plan, develop, and execute business development goals and objectives; Manage employees located in various locations throughout the Continental United States and in oversees locations. Aggressively market new work in existing lines of business including: Facilities, Environmental and Logistics management. Work closely with VP to develop new lines of business and to expand business to new clients. Requirements: Master's degree preferred. Seven or more years of direct relevant experience in a similar capacity. Experience with military project / program management and federal contracting preferred. Prior experience (military, contractor or civil service) with the Firm, particularly with installation public works / engineering, environmental and/or logistics management. Experience with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers highly desirable.
