Job Description:
Paid Training:
Certification awarded upon successful completion of both a paid academy training program and state exam.
Salary:
$36,628; $38,556 after training; $40,752 after successful completion of one year of service from date of hire.
Job Requirements:
•21 years of age or older
•Possess a Bachelor's Degree OR
•Possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent (60 semester/90 quarter hours) w/4 years prior active military or law enforcement experience OR
•Possess 90 semester/135 quarter hours w/2 years prior active military or law enforcement experience,
•Successfully complete the following steps in the hiring process: Testing, Interview, Background Investigation including Credit Worthiness and Criminal Record, Psychological Evaluation, Polygraph Examination, Drug Screening, Physical Agility Test, Medical Examination, etc.
