Sr Financial Analyst $100k along with Bonus
A Fortune Global 500 Company, with over 52,000 employees worldwide is seeking a Finance Professional in Arizona. Tremendous growth potential.
The Senior Financial Analyst will ensure that internal reporting requirements are completed accurately and timely and that costs are allocated in accordance with guidelines. This position will also assist the Financial Controller in implementing procedures and controls, as well as in the coordination and implementation of the annual planning process, including forecasts.
Job Responsibilities
Execute the financial closing activities and produce periodic internal reporting packages and supplemental schedules to the business and parent company.
Oversee the maintenance of Masterdata within the Controlling environment, including cost centers, profit centers, and allocations.
Coordinate closing activities and liaison with off shore competency center on cost accounting.
Assist and support in, freight, deductions, upload worksheets, Order To Cash processes and other business processes as required.
Assist in coordinating the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan for North American business units
Work with Global Process Owners to implement system changes, upgrades and enhancements to established controlling processes.
Analyze assigned systems, policies, and procedures. Recommend, direct, and implement changes.
Assist with other financial projects as directed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
5 years or more of experience in the areas of accounting, cost analysis and management reporting.
Familiarity with SAP a plus.
Proficiency in SAP especially in the General Accounting Controlling Modules.
Exposure to cost accounting.
Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software.
Good verbal/written communication skills.
Minimal travel is involved, bonus in addition to salary.
