Acting as the primary liaison for Division finance functions and needs, focusing on costing and inventory activities and provide informative analyses of the operations for Division and local management. Committed to working in a team-oriented environment with a service attitude, providing financial information and perspective to other departments and projects. Provide local supervision of two accounting clerks. Essential Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in Accounting. Five or more years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to grasp business concepts and issues. Supervisory/leadership experience a plus. Must have advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and standard cost/inventory systems. Willingness to aggressively set and achieve goals with a minimum of direction. Demonstrated ability to make decisions and take actions to solve problems. Good planning and organization skills combined with strong writing and oral communication skills.
