Responsibilities 1. Develop, implement, and document global transfer pricing policies. Prepare tax returns for foreign entities without designated financial officers. Address state nexus questions and issues for foreign entities as required. 3. Complete annual federal, state, and local income tax and franchise returns for business entities. Coordinate the compilation of foreign income tax data from our international operations for inclusion in the US consolidated tax returns. Complete federal and state corporate income tax estimates and reconcile payments with accruals. 4. Manage the activities of the Sales Tax team to complete tax returns for Field Leaders and Consultants. Coordinate the collection of needed information from information systems and Consultants/Advisors to complete sales tax returns. Oversee the filing of tax forms for state and local municipalities via mail or using the Internet. Coordinate the maintenance of sales tax resale certificates and the determination of taxability for new customers. Identify and notify management of the need to establish filings with new tax jurisdictions as needed. Answer Consultant questions regarding tax returns and the status of current filings. Coordinate the preparation of materials for sales tax audits as needed.5. Balance tax filings with the general ledger and post journal entries as needed to address variances.
