Job Description:
Toyl Events offers commission based 20 hours per week (3-6 month) internship programs year round for students and recent graduates. Our internships offer the opportunity to work closely with our coordinators and clients to help plan events. This internship is based on your availability, meaning those with full-time jobs or classes may participate with-out the headache of the full week commitment. Depending on your specific team, duties may include calling vendors, vendor meetings, site visits, client consultations, shopping for event supplies, planning large expos, on-site coordination, marketing, promoting & day of event decor. College credit is available for students that are enrolled in a internship course willing to allow you to participate in an internship with Toyl Events in return for obtaining college credit as compensation. Sales commission opportunities are available based on your schools internship policies.

Job Requirements:
Toyl Events understands that students need to gain experience in the business environment, so no past experience is necessary. However, students that are outgoing, have strong communication skills, and computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic internet skills are helpful.
**Weekend availability for staff meetings and day of events are mandatory for event planning teams. **
