Support operation of the building energy management system. This individual must be available 24 x 7 for emergency response as situations arise. This individual must maintain a positive attitude, work effectively individually and on a team, and possess strong customer service skills. Must observe and comply with all standard safety codes. Reporting to the Facilities Operations Manager, the HVAC Mechanic will have day-to-day supervision provided by the Operations Foremen. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the trade as a journeyman. Current MA refrigeration license and EPA CFC certification required. Boiler or Fireman's License required. Trade or Vocational School mandatory.
