PRINCIPLE DUTIES: · Direct and manage the delivery of a full range of cooling tower mechanical service projects and service maintenance agreements to commercial and industrial companies in assigned district. · Manage district resources to achieve financial and operational performance objectives. · Oversee and participate in the project cost estimating process. · Review and approve proposals and bid submissions for tendered service projects. · Use sound project management skills to control costs and maximize margin results on complex service projects. · Manage the activities of a field service team to optimize manpower utilization and ensure customer satisfaction. · Represent company at local trade shows and participate in local trade organizations.
