Job Description:

Participates in technical, marketing, and management seminars/associations. Develops and maintains an effective department through selection, development, compensation and motivation of personnel. Plan, direct, and control various technical activities that satisfy customer requirements in the areas of sales, engineering, service and quality control. Responsible for the marketing and sales of the Department?s products and technologies to national (and occasionally international) customers in all markets requiring silencing systems. Has the responsibility for estimating manufacturing time and material costs for new proposals and new projects. Prepares annual sales forecasts. This position requires a BSME (advanced degree MSME or MBA and a PE would be a plus) and 5 years of related experience. Searching for someone with HVAC sales/ business development background.
