Job Description:

Responsibilities include: Manage the corporate finance group for an efficient and expedient close process, including the group consolidation. Review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports and provide such to senior executive staff. Work closely with VP of Finance in preparation of SEC reporting and researching new accounting pronouncements. Provide necessary information and review the quarterly income tax provision and annual income tax returns. Manage two international accounting managers for timely addressing of local financial reporting matters. Work with customer service in the review and approval of credit terms for customers. The position requirements include: 10+ years of related experience directing employees locally and overseas. BS in Accounting or related field and prior public company experience required. CPA and/or MBA preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Corporate Controller for a public company with consolidation experience required. Prior Big Four public accounting firm experience desirable but not mandatory. Prior experience with preparing SEC 10-Qs and 10-Ks required. Prior tax provision experience required. Detailed working knowledge of FAS 109 and FIN 48 highly desirable. Experience:
